- 1. Applicant age should be between 18 years & Indian.

- 2. Applicant's photo ID copy should be submitted. As proof of identity - Aadhaar, voter, passport and any one of the government employee identity card should be submitted with Xerox's own signature.
- 3. As proof of address - any one of Aadhaar, voter and government employee identity card should be submitted with xerox signature. Address and identity card must be same.
- 4. Applicant must be Indian.
- 5. Minimum Rs.100 should be deposit as admission fee, A person can become a member/subscriber on his/her own personal basis.
- 6.You can become a member only once in your life, once you take a break from membership, you cannot become a member again.
- 7. Any person male or female can be a member.
- 8. Applicants three color photographs should be attaches with application.
- 9. Any xerox of Voter / Aadhaar / Passport / Government Service I Card of the nominee. If the nominee is below 18 years of age, any xerox of Voter/Aadhaar/Passport/Government Service I Card of the dependent.
- 10. A xerox of PAN card is 100% required.
- 11. Each xerox shall bear signature of the applicant.
- 12. Applications for six savings schemes shall be attached with the membership application, the member may apply for any one or more of the following schemes along with the application of membership for any one savings scheme.
